If you heard that a small group of tech workers in Silicon Valley were participating in a stress relief exercise during lunch, you might conjure up images of people stretching and meditating on yoga mats in a bright studio on a gleaming campus.

But as Joe Geha reports, some tech workers are taking a slightly different approach to midday stress relief.
